"They're not going to do it"? I would not believe them for a minute! Google Earth, Microsodt and Skype (for starters) tell you they have honored your request to not scrape your contacts or sneak around in the back of your computer 24/7, but they do it anyway...

He DID participate in social media last I heard; he was active on 4Chan (not personally verified), and it has also come to light that there is a high likelihood that Ghislaine was highly active on Reddit (though I think I need to see more solid evidence before fully convinced because I can not understand how she would have had time for this along with everything else she was doing). In any case I don't think we can be conclusive about the social media angle yet.
