No problem. Another email went out yesterday later related to the same thing.
The link in the email worked but once I was at the page I read that I needed to click on something else to get the report. But I could not find what I needed to click on there.
This was yesterday, so it might be fixed by now. Or maybe the button to click on was there and I just could not find it.
Unfortunately the fields to input your name and email to sign up for the form are just not showing up right now. Hope it is back up sometime today but the last time I checked it was not. Thanks for your patience!
