Super good episode! This brought up a deep conversation here at home of how much energy does AI use each time it generates a prompt. So now that it is used each time someone does a search, then the energy will multiply big time. It is concerning, giving that we live in Ecuador and we see how much exploitation of resources from the Amazon Jungle and other mountains has tripled in the past couple of years.
yeah its wild, many big tech companies currently investing in massive data centers, some subverting the local energy grid of their local communities while getting tax cuts. i see this mostly in the US but i really hope we don't see it spread to south america. do let me know if you hear of something.
I hope that you might occasionally (perhaps monthly) offer a longer episode called QUESTIONS for TBOT that offers answers and solutions for those who are struggling with staying private on many different levels, especially those who don't speak the tech lingo ...

GREAT news !! ... I may have over a million questions to ask, and to be honest, although I cannot afford to subscribe, I've been saving them for so long, my brain hurts... lololollllllllllll !! ... so that would definitely be an EXCELLENT incentive to either boost subscriptions ~ OR ~ (perhaps) ask/submit questions with a minimum donation per episode, that can be pre-approved before each episode, so that you can pre-prepare the responses (the way J.Corbett does it)... this way questions are more concise, instead of live/random, which would not waste precious air time for the listeners ... warmest THANKS again for all you do <3
At some point, would you please cover the radiation from vehicles, including self-driving cars, both directly from the car and from any associated infrastructure that may be needed, and how it exposes both to people in the cars and those outside?
