So much wisdom to share and exchange to empower others to get stronger all around by understandingbthe true nature of our bodies. I heard that pranayama breathwork also helps detox our spinal cord and brain and allows the toxins to exit via the lymph systems along the spine. So fascinating what our bodies can do, but as you said we need to keep these practices alive and available so they aren't lost .
